Getting a travel Visa is the responsibility of the participants. Visitors from many countries require either a visitor visa or Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA).

We will assist you by providing an invitation letter for registered participants, if your paper is accepted by the conference or if you have registered for the conference, but we are not an authority on Visa issues, nor can we help with expediting the Visa process. Therefore please register early and prepare for visa.

Visa notification time depends on country to country and most of the times it takes several weeks. The Organizing Committee may ask for documents like funding sources, previous visa copies, and University approval letters before issuing an invitation letters to attendees.
